So, I got reply from PayPal service (my dear surprise last evening), when I was informed that: unfortunately, they are not yet providing services for Serbian Establishing PP in each new country or region THAT involves complex changes due to different regulations (!#$%$#oh my!#$%) . Serbia=complex! Ok! And continued (person from PayPal Global Services akka eBay Company): “We are always looking to expand our availability; however, due to the complexities of global expansion, we cannot provide specific time frame. We are working hard and look forward to expanding our services to additional countries and regions in the future.” Sour and…and here is, FYI, the list of the PP worldwide countries.
